Health Cost & Risk Management (HCRM) has been providing predictive modeling and claims data analytics to employers, Brokers and Health Management vendors nationwide for over 16 years. HCRM specializes in collecting and integrating claims and other data from a wide variety of sources to provide our clients a complete view of plan members’ health status, now and next year thereby giving our clients the actionable insights needed to make data-driven decisions about their health plans.
HCRM’s user-friendly platform, Health Risk Monitor, genera ...tes reports with the data in a graphical form including group level reporting and member level detail, enabling in-depth renewal planning and analysis. The dashboard provides standardized reports that will identify the cost savings opportunity, utilization trend and outcomes. Overall the system will identify where you should focus efforts in managing the health plans cost and risk, as well as assess the effectiveness of care management interventions when put into place. Health Risk Monitor will provide real time insights to employers, brokers and any third-party health management company working with the health plan.
HCRM does have the ability to install the system on-site for large health care entities, e.g. State Medicaid, Medicare ACO's, and Health Insurance Carriers.
